At Homelux Kenya, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture purchases. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team via email or phone within 48 hours of delivery to report any issues or your desire to return an item.

  Verification and Approval

  Provide proof of purchase and photographs of the item in its original packaging to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.

• 3.
  Item Collection

  Once approved, our logistics team will schedule a pickup from your location or provide instructions for dropping off the item at our Nairobi warehouse.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection

  Our team will inspect the returned goods for any damages; once cleared, we will process your exchange or issue store credit within 3-5 business days.
